Hey y’all,

Man, once a week is not enough! This past week hasn’t been too eventful. Just your average normal work week, with workouts and even some teeth problems. Anyone who knows me, knows I have the worse luck with teeth. Thanks to a new awesome dentist that I found in Valparaiso, I couldn’t be more excited to start the journey of loving my smile again. Yes you guessed it... YOU get to be apart of it with me! Check out their website below, also they give you a free gift for your first time, so that was awesome! (I mean who doesn’t love a gift, right!)

Back story, seven years ago while playing soccer, I collided with a friend of mine in the head...actually...with my mouth. Yes I know it sounds nuts but it happened and before you jump the gun it was an accident and yes she was actually my friend. The worst part was it happened the day before Easter, and TWO weeks before prom. My teeth looked horrible, but again a great dentist in Kentucky was able to fix them all up. Eight root canals, three crowns, a few chipped and broken teeth but I left the office with my smile back. I say “my smile back” because again, if you know me then you that I am always smiling.

When I was young, a lady at church called me “miss smiley”. Some may call it a nickname, but I say that she spoke that over my life without even knowing, or maybe she did know. Either way it stuck and since then I’ve always had a smile on my face. It doesn’t matter if I’m nervous, upset, happy or even scared I’m usually smiling.

I know everyone doesn’t have the personality type to constantly smile through life. Find your “WHY” and I promise that will bring you the joy & purpose you are needing. Having purpose and walking your life out with people around you that are constantly motivating you to be better, and always encouraging you brings so much freedom into your life and so much happiness.

I think sometimes we forgot how powerful our words are. I encourage you to speak life into those around you! Even in the times you are annoyed or frustrated still remember how powerful your words are. You have the power to build those around you up or down, which will you choose today?
